2. Assumption of Risk
By accessing the Platform and participating in any Lane Four program or activity, you acknowledge and accept that:
- physical exercise and swimming carry inherent risks of injury, illness, disability and, in extreme cases, death;
- open-water swimming, breathwork and submersion-based activities carry additional risks including drowning, hypoxic blackout, hypothermia and environmental hazards;
- gym, dryland and strength training carry risks of musculoskeletal injury;
- you are voluntarily participating with knowledge of these risks; and
- Lane Four Holdings Pty Ltd ACN 698 001 151, its directors, athletes, coaches, employees and affiliates are not liable for any personal injury, loss or damage arising from your participation, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
3. No Guarantee of Results
Lane Four does not guarantee any specific results, times, rankings, selections, fitness outcomes or performance improvements from using the Platform or following any program. Results depend on individual factors including your current fitness level, training history, genetics, consistency, technique, coaching environment and health status.
4. Water Safety
Swimming and water-based activities must always be conducted in safe, supervised environments. You are responsible for:
- ensuring you swim in a safe and appropriately supervised environment;
- following all pool, beach and open-water safety rules and local regulations;
- never swimming alone in open water;
- assessing environmental conditions before entering any body of water; and
- ensuring you are medically cleared for water-based exercise.
5. Open-Water Safety
Open-water swimming carries risks beyond those of pool swimming, including variable conditions, currents, marine life, vessels, reduced visibility and limited rescue access. Before participating in any open-water activity:
- ensure you are accompanied by a qualified support person or vessel;
- wear appropriate safety equipment including a brightly coloured swim buoy;
- check conditions and weather forecasts before entering the water;
- be aware of tidal patterns, currents and local hazards; and

Consult a registered health professional before making significant changes to your diet or nutrition.
8. Parental and Guardian Responsibility
If you are a parent or guardian providing consent for a user under 18, you accept full responsibility for supervising that user's participation in all Lane Four activities and acknowledge the risks described in this document on their behalf. All physical training activities by users under 18 should be conducted with appropriate adult supervision.

Subscription Terms
1. Lane Four Pro
Full access to Lane Four training programs, coaching content and community features requires an active Lane Four Pro subscription. Lane Four Pro is available as a monthly auto-renewing subscription at A$35 per month, plus any applicable taxes.
The App Store price displayed at the time of purchase on your device is the price that applies to your transaction. Prices may be shown in your local currency by the App Store or Google Play Store.
2. How to Subscribe
Lane Four Pro subscriptions are purchased exclusively through the Apple App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android) from within the Lane Four app. Lane Four does not accept subscription payments directly through the website.
To subscribe:
- Download the Lane Four app from the App Store or Google Play.
- Create or log in to your Lane Four account.
- Select Lane Four Pro and confirm purchase through your App Store or Google Play account.
3. Auto-Renewal
Lane Four Pro subscriptions auto-renew monthly unless cancelled before the renewal date. By subscribing, you authorise the App Store or Google Play Store to charge your payment method automatically at the start of each billing period.
You will not receive a separate reminder before each renewal. Your subscription continues until you cancel it through your App Store or Google Play account settings.
4. Cancellation
To cancel your Lane Four Pro subscription:
- iPhone/iPad: Settings > [Your Name] > Subscriptions > Lane Four > Cancel Subscription
- Android: Google Play > Profile > Payments & Subscriptions > Subscriptions > Lane Four > Cancel
Cancellation must be completed before the renewal date to avoid being charged for the next period. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period — you retain access to Lane Four Pro until that date.
Deleting the Lane Four app does not cancel your subscription. Your subscription continues to renew until you cancel it through your Apple or Google account settings.
5. Restore Purchases
If you have an active Lane Four Pro subscription and your access is not reflected in the app (for example, after reinstalling the app or on a new device), use the Restore Purchases option in the app to restore your subscription entitlement. Restore Purchases is available from the subscription or account settings screen within the Lane Four app.
6. Price Changes
We may update the Lane Four Pro subscription price from time to time. We will give you reasonable notice of any price increase before your next renewal date via the Platform, by email or through App Store notifications. If you do not agree with the new price, you may cancel before the change takes effect.
7. Refunds
Subscription refunds are managed by Apple or Google, not by Lane Four directly. See the Refunds & Cancellations section for details. Nothing in these Subscription Terms excludes or limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
8. Suspension and Access
Your access to Lane Four Pro content requires a valid, active subscription entitlement confirmed by Apple or Google. We may suspend access to Lane Four Pro where a subscription payment is unsuccessful or where your account has been suspended for breach of these Terms. Paid access is only granted after a valid purchase or restoration of a valid entitlement.
9. Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in these Subscription Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy, or any guarantee, warranty or other term implied or imposed by the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
Refunds & Cancellations
1. How Subscriptions Are Managed
Lane Four Pro subscriptions are purchased, managed and renewed through the Apple App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android). Lane Four does not process subscription payments directly and does not have the ability to issue refunds for App Store or Google Play purchases.

- iPhone/iPad: Settings > [Your Name] > Subscriptions > Lane Four > Cancel Subscription
- Android: Google Play Store > Profile > Payments & Subscriptions > Subscriptions > Lane Four > Cancel
You retain access to Lane Four Pro until the end of the billing period you have paid for. After that date, your access reverts to free-tier features.
Deleting the Lane Four app does not cancel your subscription. You must cancel through your Apple or Google account settings. If you delete the app without cancelling, your subscription will continue to renew and be charged.
3. Requesting a Refund
Refund requests for subscriptions purchased through the App Store or Google Play must be submitted directly to Apple or Google:
- Apple: Visit reportaproblem.apple.com and select the Lane Four subscription to request a refund
- Google: Go to Google Play > Order History > find the Lane Four charge > Request Refund
Apple and Google make refund decisions in accordance with their own policies. Lane Four cannot guarantee or influence the outcome of a refund request submitted to Apple or Google.
4. Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in this document excludes, restricts or modifies any right, remedy, guarantee or warranty provided by the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2 to the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth)). Under the Australian Consumer Law, you may have rights to a refund, repair or replacement in certain circumstances regardless of any other terms. If you believe you are entitled to a remedy under the Australian Consumer Law, contact us at lanefourholdings@gmail.com.
