What is Lane Four?

Lane Four is an athlete-built training platform founded by six of Australia's best swimmers — Kaylee McKeown, Mollie O'Callaghan, Lani Pallister, Hannah Fredericks, Taylor McKeown and Jamie Perkins. The platform delivers training pathways, session guidance, coaching content and community features through the Lane Four app.

Who is Lane Four for?

Lane Four is for anyone who trains in or around water — pool swimmers, open-water athletes, surf lifesaving competitors, triathletes, fitness swimmers and parents supporting younger athletes. All levels are welcome, from beginners to elite competitors.

Is it only for competitive swimmers?

No. Lane Four has pathways designed for every level — from someone returning to the water for the first time through to national and international competitors. You choose the pathway that matches your goal and schedule.

What is included in Lane Four Pro?

Lane Four Pro gives you full access to athlete-built training programs, session guidance, video support, gym and dryland plans, recovery content, community features and athlete updates. The full experience is delivered inside the Lane Four app.

How much does it cost?

Lane Four Pro is A$35/month, billed monthly and purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. The subscription auto-renews monthly unless cancelled before the renewal date. See our Subscription Terms for full details.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Cancel through your Apple App Store or Google Play account settings before the next renewal date. On iPhone: Settings > [Your Name] > Subscriptions. On Android: Google Play > Payments & Subscriptions. Deleting the app does not cancel the subscription. See Refunds & Cancellations.

Does Lane Four replace my coach?

No. Lane Four is a training resource and does not replace your squad coach, personal coach or any medical or health professional. It works alongside your existing training environment — not instead of it. Always follow the guidance of qualified professionals for your individual situation.

Can younger swimmers use it?

Users must be at least 16 to create an account independently. Users aged 16–17 require parental or guardian consent. All physical activities should be conducted with appropriate supervision. Parents can also use Lane Four to support younger athletes in their household. See our Safety Disclaimers.

Is it medical or nutrition advice?

No. Lane Four provides general training and wellbeing information only. Nothing on the platform is medical advice, clinical guidance or a substitute for advice from a qualified health professional. Always consult a doctor, physiotherapist or registered dietitian for individual medical or nutrition concerns.

How does video and stroke review work?

Lane Four offers stroke review features where you can submit video of your swimming technique for coaching feedback from authorised Lane Four coaches. Feedback is general coaching guidance — not a clinical assessment or substitute for in-person coaching. See our Stroke Review Terms for full details on video handling and consent.

How do I delete my account?

Go to Profile > Settings > Delete Account in the app, or email lanefourholdings@gmail.com from your registered email address. Note: deleting your account does not cancel your Lane Four Pro subscription — cancel that separately through your App Store or Google Play settings first. See Delete Account.
